Follow these simple steps and your silks will be washed in just a few minutes, easily and quickly! Fill a basin or your sink with cold or lukewarm water. Add a few drops of detergent for delicates and silks. Turn the silk pillowcase inside out. Soak for a few minutes 5-10 minutes, do not rub the silks. Stir the silks in the water a few times. Rinse with cold running water. Absorb excess water with a towel or shake lightly in the bathroom, never wring the silks out. Dry the silks in a shady place, avoid direct exposure to sunlight or spread them on a flat surface. Unlike silk garments which are often made from light and thin silk fabric which only require dry cleaning, all our pillowcases and hair accessories are designed with high quality silk fabric which means you can wash LOVELIN products in the washing machine too! Turn your silk pillowcase inside out or place it inside an old pillowcase or a delicates washing machine bag to protect your silk during the wash cycle. Place your silk pillowcase in the washing machine on a cold or lukewarm cycle with a maximum water temperature of 30C on the delicates and silks setting. Use a delicates and silks laundry detergent that does not contain enzymes or bleach as this will damage your silk pillowcase. Dry in a shady place, avoid direct sunlight or on a flat surface. It is important to avoid exposing delicate fabrics to strong external factors, such as the sun or strong wind, as they may affect the durability of the silk pillowcase. Drying indoors is recommended to avoid premature wear. Tumble drying is prohibited. Ironing instructions: You can iron your silks with care from the reverse side with low temperature on the special ironing indicator for delicates and silks.
